Female Admin/Reception Worker
1 Full time post (37 hours per week) to be worked over 5 days
£ 15392 per annum pro rata, plus pension contribution
|The Admin/Reception Worker will work front of house, primarily with other workers, as well as statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure a co-ordinated response to women’s practical and emotional needs and to encourage the principle of women supporting and caring for other women.
Farr Centre Receptionist
The criteria set out below describe the experience and qualities considered essential in the post of Farr Centre Receptionist at Nottinghamshire Women’s Aid Ltd. The selection panel will draw up a shortlist according to how well applicants meet these criteria. Please note that items are *not* listed in order of importance .
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent organisational skill
Excellent listening skills
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a wide range of individuals, groups and agencies.·
Understanding of multi-agency working and possession of good networking skills.·
Good ICT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
