37 hours per week to 31 March 2022 reducing to 21 hours per week from 01 April 2022
£24,064 per annum, pro rata for part time
The role will provide a female only counselling service to women who live within the NWAL geographical boundaries. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of the service and will report to the Intervention and Recovery Services Coordinator.
The role will include recruiting volunteer counsellors, supporting volunteer counsellors throughout all elements of their placement, managing the counselling waiting list, completing assessments, allocating work, taking a lead on safeguarding within the counselling service and the development of the service in line with BACP standards.
The post holder must work closely with the service user, colleagues and partner agencies to ensure a co-ordinated response to women’s support needs.
