2003 saw a change in structure from a collective to linear management and in 2006 after consultation with its member’s Bassetlaw Women’s Aid Limited changed its name to Nottinghamshire Women’s Aid Limited.
Initially the organisation’s aims were to meet the immediate needs of Women, Young People and Children by providing support and a temporary place of safety in the Refuge however over the years the organisation has grown and developed services providing a range of support and accommodation services.
