The counselling services works within BACP guidelines. It typically provides 12 weekly sessions in a safe and comfortable environment.
Counselling is a time and space to talk about experiences, worries, dreams and memories in a confidential setting with someone who will listen and not be judgemental and who is outside of your normal life with no direct relationship.
The service is available to all women with both face to face, telephone and online counselling sessions available during Farr Centre opening hours. Both self referrals and professional referrals can be made by contacting the Farr Centre or visiting our website.
